Lamb Chops That Fell on the Ground

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 part Kikkomon Lite Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 part white wine
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • ½ tsp rosemary

Marinade lamb for 12-24 hours in the mixture of Teriyaki sauce, wine, and garlic, and broil or grill until done.

The recipe gets its original name, coined by Denise's son Nathan, from the appearance of the rosemary on the lamb.
