Lemon Lamb with Mint

Ingredients Directions
  • 8 loin lamb chops
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbs lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves

Broil or grill the chops to desired doneness. While the chops are cooking, make the sauce by sautéing the garlic in oil, adding the remaining ingredients, and simmering for 10 minutes.

Serve chops topped with sauce.
